Product Quality and After-Sales Service Commitment
1. Product Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all equipment supplied is brand-new and unused, manufactured using carefully selected high-quality raw materials and state-of-the-art craftsmanship. Backed by a comprehensive and rigorous quality control system, the delivered products feature advanced technology, superior quality, and a neat appearance, with all technical specifications and performance characteristics fully compliant with the standards stipulated in the contract.
2. End-to-End Quality Control
We strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 quality management system standards, implementing comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process—from equipment selection, production supervision, and factory inspection, to logistics, warehousing, on-site installation and commissioning, finished product protection, testing and acceptance, and trial operation—to ensure the overall stability and reliability of our products.
3. Warranty and Operational Commitment
When properly installed, operated in accordance with specifications, and maintained on a daily basis, the equipment will operate stably throughout its service life. During the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for any malfunctions caused by defects in product design, manufacturing processes, or raw materials.
4. After-Sales Response Time
Technical support and replacement of faulty parts are provided free of charge during the warranty period; damage caused by human error is not covered. Upon receiving a repair notification, we will respond and coordinate within 15 minutes and dispatch technical personnel to the site within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
5. Service Fee Policy
During the warranty period, repair services and replacement of parts resulting from product quality issues are provided free of charge. Equipment failures not caused by human factors will be repaired or replaced free of charge, except in cases of force majeure such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, or war. For damage caused by operational errors or intentional damage, only the cost of replacement parts and equipment will be charged.
6. Post-Warranty Services
① The product is eligible for lifetime repair and technical consultation services;
② After-sales service standards remain consistent with those during the warranty period; response speed, on-site arrival time, and service quality for issue resolution remain unchanged.
